After four great days and eight very special dives we have just completed the PADI specialty courses wreck and deep for husband and wife team of Kenneth and Marianne. During the courses we even managed to squeeze in a trip to Gozo to dive to 38m on the wreck of the Karwella. Plus, as a bonus by completing these courses, Marianne also qualified as a Master Scuba Diver, the black belt of recreational diving.
We have just finished a PADI Open Water referral course with our County Sligo friend Anthony. Two days ‘one on one’ with our master instructor Martin and Anthony sailed through the course. Anthony was here to attend a friends wedding so completing the course to match his schedule was important to him and we were glad to be able to help!
Why not check out our Upcoming Events page for details on this great night out. Also do not forget the UEFA U17 Football Championship is still ongoing!
Well done to Joakim and Simon on completing their PADI Wreck specialty course one on one with Martin. To celebrate they chose to arrange a day trip to Gozo to dive on the wrecks of the Comino Land and Karwella on Tuesday.
Great news. Both Karl and Bo our son and father from Sweden have completed their PADI open water course with two great dives at Fort St Elmo in Valletta. As promised we went to see a famous second world war wreck, the HMS Maori on the final dive.
Great day at Cirkewwa with Bo and Karl, father and son from Sweden. They have been enjoying a PADI open water course together with Martin. Lots of fun all around and they have been promised a dive on a second world war wreck tomorrow to complete their courses.
Just back from Cirkewwa where Jens did 2 dives one on one with Martin to complete his PADI advanced course. On the second dive to the patrol boat P-29 we were followed back to shore by a lovely Amberjack who must have mistaken Martin for a light snack!!
Great dive on the Um El Faroud for the Advance Wreck dive. Bit of a current on the way back but everything under control as he was diving with two of our Padi Master Instructors!
See our upcoming events page for details on this feast of football!
Just had a couple of great one to one dives with our French friend Jean-Baptiste. On the dive to the Rozi we saw a trigger fish swimming away off the starboard side. Plus a ray just sitting in the sand on the return leg. Unfortunately we were unable to drop deep to get a better look as we did not want to get any no decompression issues.
